Please do not send product feeds, customer data, license keys, credentials, passwords, or government identification documents.
商品フィードそのもの、顧客データ、ライセンスキー（license key）、認証情報、パスワード（password）、本人確認書類は送信しないでください。
Inquiry email messages and sender addresses are retained for 1 year following response completion and then deleted. Any received attachments are deleted promptly after response completion.
お問い合わせメールの本文および送信者アドレスは対応完了後1年間保持した後に削除します。受領した添付ファイルは対応完了後速やかに削除します。
